POLYURETHANE PAINTS

DESCRIPTION:
A two components paint one is the paint and the other is hardener.it is cured by chemical reaction between polyol and isocyanate.   

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Good abrasion resistance.

• Extremely washable resistance.                                                                

• Can be applied on steel , concrete , an wooden surfaces.

• Good weathering resistance.

• Good resistance to chemicals and stain. 

MIXING RATIO:
5 parts from component (A) paint to 1 part from component ( B ) hardner.

DRYING TIME: at 20 ? c                                                               

• Set to touch 1 hour

• Dry hard 12 hours

• For overcoat 15 hours

COVERAGE: 6- 8 m? / kg. 

COLOUR: Clear and coloured

POT LIFE: 8 hours after mixing.                                                

SHELF LIFE: 24 months in a cold & dry place.  

TINNING:  10 : 15 % using polyurethane.
               Isipac thinner .
