PRIMER ISIPAC 2000

DESCRIPTION:
Is a super rust inhibitor based on special synthetic resin and anti-corrosive pigment produced according to Egyptian standard No 2541/1993

CHARACTERSTICS:
* Excellent anti-corrosive properties 
* Can be used on exterior and interior metal surfaces 
* Good adhesion to pre-treated steel
* Lead free and good mechanical properties 
* Good resistance to water, gasoline and chemicals 

DRYING TIME:
Dry to touch after 1 hour, over –coating after 16 hours .

APPLICATION:
Steel plast cleaned to iso- sa 2? and The surface should be free from grease, oil & other contaminants– Stirr will before use & ISIPAC Thinner 108 ( 3-8 % by weight ) applied by roller, brush, spray

ISIPAC 106 RED LEAD PRIMER

DESCRIPTION:
Active rust preventing primer based on modified alkyd resins and pigmented with pure red lead oxide.

CHARACTERSTICS:
* Good anti rust properties.                                                    
* Suitable for over coating by alkyd paints. 
* Good weathering resistance .                                        
* Can be applied on wooden and metallic surfaces.

DRYING TIME:
* Surface dry 4 hours .
* Tack free 8 hours .
* For overcoat 24 hours at 20? c.                                 

COLOUR: Bright orange.

SHELF LIFE:
12 Months in a cold and dry place.

RECOMMENDED THINNER:
Thinner ISIPAC 108

ISIPAC 114 WASH PRIMER

DESCREPTION : 
A wash coat primer is based on special poly - vinly butyral resin and anti corrosive pigment (zinc chromate) to coat non ferrous metals as (coppcr alumonim, galvanized steel .. etc )

CHARACTERISTICS:
*Good adhesion on non ferrous metals 
* Anti - corrosive paint 
* High resistance to water and oils 
* Can be over coated by several kinds of paints 
 

DRYING TIME:
Set to touch 3 min.
Hard dry 10 min. r at 20 ? c .

1  :    1   by volume

ISIPAC 501 PRIMER SEALER

DESCRIPTION:
An emulsion sealer designed to resistthe alkalinity of new cement walls and used also for preparing surface before emulsion coats.

DRYINGTIME:
Under normal drying conditions will dry to touch in 30 minutes and can be re-coated after 1 hours.

COVRAGE:
6-8m?/kg approx depending on type and state of surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface must be free of oil ,wax and dirt

APPLICATION:
Can be applied by roller, brush or spry gun

PACKING:
5 kg gallons , 18 Kg pails

COLOUR:
Colour less , white and any other colour.

Two years in a cold and dry place  

ISIPAC ZINC PHOSPHATE PRIMER 

DESCRIPTION: 
Rust preventing primer based on modified alkydresin and pigmented with zinc phosphate

CHARACTERISTICS:
Excellent resistance to corrosion on metal surfaces 

DRYING TIME: 
Set to touch 30 min. hard dry 120 min at 25 c

COVERAGE: 
5m? / kg one coat 40 μ

24 hours at 20 ˚ c
