TRAFFIC PAINT

DESCREPTION:
It is a fast drying paint used mainly in roads and high ways marking based on fast dry  resins and high quality pigment Egyptian standard No 794 /1995

CHACTERISTICS:
* Good adhesion
* Good durability
* Good resistance to abrasion
* Good resistance to car fuels
* Colour retention
* Fast dry

DRYING TIME:
* Dry to touch after 20 min.
* Hard dry after 60 minutes

COVERAGE:
7-8 m? / kg ( 50 μm )

APPLICATION:

*The surface should be free from water,grease and dust.
* Stirr will before use .
* Applied by roller or brush after thinning by ISIPAC thinner 117.

PACKING:
5 kg gallons and 20 kg pails.

COLOUR:
White , yellow and any other colour

SHELF LIFE:
24 months in a dry & cold place

Technical Data :

The material consists of colored light aggregate pigment & extender bound together with plasticized hydrocarbon resin . The approximate composition :-

Aggregate	45 %
Glass beads	10 %
Pigment & extender	25 %
Binder	20 %

The material when in the molten state can be applied readily to the road surface to give an even line of good definition & texture .

Physical Properties:

* Density: About 2 Gm / Cm?
* Softing Point:  Between 95-105 ?C ( ring & ball test ) .
* Flash Point: More than 230 ?C .
* Heat Stability: The material & its color is stable when heated to 200 ?C for 2 hours.
* Flow Resistance: The percentage decrease in the height of cone of the material shall not be more than 25 after testing for 48 hours at 40 ?C.
* Skid Resistance: More than 45
* Abrasion Resistance: Less than 0.3 gm. / 100 revolutions .
* Luminance: White luminance factor more than 70.
Yellow luminance factor more than 50.
After remelting for use:
+ White luminance factor more than 65.
+ Yellow luminance factor more than 45.
* Package:

+ Its made from materials which dose not contaminate the contents & protects the contents from contamination.

+ Capacity 25 kg

+ Each package is clearly marked with the manufacture name & no. of standard .

Cold Traffic Paint For Road and Airports Marking According To Egyptian Standard Specifications No.794-1995 

Technical Data:
The paint is based on high grade Alkyd resin pigments and solvents . It has a very good adhesion on asphalt and concrete.

Suitable for use or diluted with suitable solvent .  
Hiding: 4-6 m?/kg.

Specific gravity :

Application:

-The paint should be well mixed in its container .
-The substrata must be clean and free from oils, greases, dust & loose particles. 
-The paint can be applied by using a suitable brush, spry guns &/or a special machine which is equipped with a high performance device.

Storage:

The paint can be stored under a good conditions for 6 months in its closed containers at normal temperature in dry places.
