Cellulosic putty

DESCRIPTION: High pigmented nitrocellulose putty.                                   

Characteristics:
* Excellent adhesion on wood  and primed steel surfaces.
* Good sandability.
* Good filling properties.
* Easily applied by putty knife.
* Suitable for over coating by poly-urethane, nitro cellulose and acid curing coats.

Drying time:  at 20 c?
* Tack free : 10 min.
* Sandability : 2 hours minimum.

Shelf Life:
24 months in a cold and dry place.
Thinner:
0 - 50 % by weight using isipac thinner.

ISIPAC Sealer

DESCRIPTION:
A high solid nitrocellulose sealer.
Characteristics:
* Excellent adhesion on wood .
* Good filling properties .
* Excellent sandability.
* Very fast drying .
* Never clogs the sand paper.
Drying time:
* Dust free  5 min.                                                            
* Take free 10 min.
Colour: Clear
Gloss: flat
Solid content: 50% +1% by weight .
Viscosity: 180-200 sec.
Density: opprox. 0.94 kgm./L
Theoretical: 9m?/kgm.
Sanding after: 2 hours
Over coating interval: min. 2 hours.
Flash point: 20 C? 
Shelf Life: 12 months in a cold and dry place.
Substrate Conditions:
Wood surface should be dry and free from oil,dust and any contamination
Instruction for use:
Stir well before use.
The temperature of the paint should be above 10 C?
Recommended thinner: Isipac thinner 9580
Volume of thinner: 25-35% by weight .
Application viscosity CF4: 20-30 sec.  

ISIPAC Surfacer

DESCRIPTION:
Pigmented nitrocellulose surfacer on wood . 
Characteristics:
* Excellent adhesion on wood .
* Good filling properties .
* Excellent sandability.
* Very fast drying .
* Never clogs the sand paper.
Drying time:
* Dust free  10 min.                                                            
* Take free 15 min.                                                    
Colour: White

Gloss: flat
Solid content: 50% +1% by weight
Viscosity: highly viscous.
Density: 1.34 k./L
Theoretical: 10.6 m?/k. thikness 35 ? 
Sanding after: 2 hours
Over coating interval: min. 2 hours. mix. Month . 
Flash point: 20 C? 
Shelf Life:
12 months in a cold and dry place.                                                      
Substrate Conditions:
Wood must be dry and free from oil, dust and any contamination .

Instruction for use: Stir well before use .

Nitrocellulsic Varnish For Surfaces

Description: 
A clear Varnish based on nitrocellulose resin with modified alkyd , gloss and flat.
Characteristics:
* High gloss retention .                                                                       
* High weathering resistance .                                                          
* For exterior and interior use on wooden surfaces. 
Drying Time:
* Dry to Touch after 10 min.                                                           
* Dry to Recoat after 12 hours.                                                   
Application:
- The surface must be free from water, dust and fats
-Can be applied by brush or air spry.  
Coverage: 10-12 m˚ / kg.
Package: 1kg. Cans , 4kg. Gallons .
Shelf Life: 24 months in cold and dry place . 

FLOOR PAC Gloss Synthetic Varnish

DESCRIPTION:
A clear varnish based on modified alkyd resins for interior & exterior use according  to the Egyptian standard No 1122/1972.
CHARACTERSTICS:
* High gloss and gloss retention .                                                
* Good weathering resistance .                                                
* Suitable for Interior & Exterior use on wooden floors. 
DRYING TIME:
Dry to touch after 3 hours and dry to re – coat after 12 hours at least. 
COVERAGE :
10 –12 m? / kg                                                                                    
APPLICATION:
* The surface must be free from water and dust
* Can be applied by brush or airless spray .                        
PACKING:
1 kg cans & 4 kg gallons&15 pails ( Gross Weight )
